Background and Discussion:
Additional Professional Engineering Services needed (design, engineering, and other pre-construction expenses) to move forward with additional park features to include a boat ramp, parking lots, access roads, prefabricated restrooms with six stalls each, a playground, hike and bike trails throughout the park, detention ponds, a pedestrian bridge over a wetland pond, and a fishing pier as requested by Precinct 3.
Expected Impact:
To help maintain the current project schedule and to allow for design phase to proceed.

If this request with Quiddity Engineering, LLC is not approved, the project will not be able to proceed with required additional design work and impact improvements to the park.
