Background and Discussion:
Project includes roadway rehabilitation, mill, and overlay with base repair for Aldine Westfield Road, Miller Wilson Road, Ramsey Road, East Stroker Road, and reconstruction of First Street, and Hare Cook.
This change in contract includes the following:
• Addition of 110 days extra road added to the project based on Precinct 3 request and extra base repair performed on River Terrence neighborhood based on the filed condition.
• The final adjustment (reconciliation of actual quantities used in construction against the bid quantities). (-$854,756.23).
Expected Impact:
Change allows unused funds to be returned to Harris County and allows the Contractor to be compensated.
