Background and Discussion:
This is a request to approve a voluntary right-of-way acquisition for G103-00-00-34-823.0, a vacant tract of land in Humble, TX located slightly West of G103-46-00. This buyout property does not have any structures and is included in an existing Flood Control District buyout area.
Expected Impact:
Purchase of these properties will restore them to their natural function as a floodplain.
