Background and Discussion:
The proposed extension involves replacing the existing 500-gallon above-ground propane tank, that conflicts with the Proposed Toll Gantry Construction Project. The extension includes underground gas pipeline facilities and a meter.
After completion of the construction services, if the estimated cost is less than the estimated amount, CenterPoint Energy Resources Corp will refund or credit the difference. If actual cost of the construction services is more than the estimated cost, CenterPoint Energy Resources Corp will invoice the difference which would require a future Court action.
