ATN, ILA with City of Baytown, and PSA was previously submitted to court to negotiate with and to start working with HDR Engineering, Inc. on the study for the Corridor Study - Market St from Bayway Drive to West Sterling Avenue.
Expected Impact:
The anticipated impact of this Study is a joint participation road construction between the City of Baytown and Harris County Precinct 2. The project includes the reconstruction of Market Street with added pedestrian amenities.
