Background and Discussion:

This request is to renew the one-year lease for twenty-one (21) downtown parking spaces beginning March 1, 2025. Sixteen (16) spaces at the 1311 Preston garage are for staff assigned to the Customer Service division’s Adjudication Office located downtown and five (5) spaces at the 1019 Congress garage for employees who routinely attend meetings downtown, as well as for daily mail-run.

 

Expected Impact:

The approval of this request provides HCTRA staff with continued use of twenty-one (21) downtown garage parking spaces for County business.
