A request that the Commissioners Court approve the vacation Harris County hereby approves the vacation and cancellation of the plat WESTHAVEN MANOR SEC 1, a subdivision of 79.991 acres recorded under Film Code No. 707880, of the Harris County Map Records of Harris County Texas, and authorizes LGI Homes - Texas, LLC, a Texas limited liability company, to file an instrument in the real property records vacating and cancelling said subdivision.
