Background and Discussion:
On November 13, 2025, Commissioners Court appointed Zion Escobar to TIRZ 20, Position 1, and recommended Dr. Thu-Mai Nguyen to the City of Houston for appointment to Position 7, both nominees from the Commissioner of Precinct 4, pursuant to Article VII, Section B of the Interlocal Agreement (ILA). It has since been determined that the board position numbers should be adjusted to align with the position numbers in the creation ordinance for TIRZ 20.
