Background and Discussion:
The project includes roadway rehabilitation of a Cypress North Houston from Jones Road to Perry Road, Telge Road from Kitzman to Grand Parkway, Jones Road from Farm To Market 1960 to Cypress North Houston Road, North Eldridge at South of Lakewood Meadow Drive, Boudreaux Road from Hufsmith-Kohrville to Grand Parkway, Hufsmith-Kohrville from Grand Parkway to Food Control Channel, Hufsmith Road from Farm to Market 2978 to Burroughs Park, and intersection improvement for Telge Road at Boudreaux Road.
This change in contracts includes:
• Time due for CenterPoint to connect power to the signal. (21 days)
• Cost of slurry for drill shaft foundation. ($5,082.00)
• The final adjustment (reconciliation of actual quantities used in construction against the bid quantities). ($502,184.05)
