Justification & Alternatives:

A dedicated bucket truck is properly specified for lighting maintenance work and will improve worker safety, reduce fixture damage from improvised access methods, and eliminate operational delays caused by rental availability constraints. Current monthly rental costs for inadequately specified equipment result in annual expenditures without asset acquisition, making this purchase financially prudent.

This investment is expected to significantly improve our overall operational efficiency and play a vital role in supporting community members.
