Background and Discussion:
On July 20, 2021, Commissioners Court approved an original Agreement with AtkinsRéalis USA, Inc. (formerly Atkins North America, Inc.) in the amount of $1,700,000.00 to perform annual system-wide inspection and condition assessments of the existing facility infrastructure and associated appurtenances of the Toll Road system.
The original Agreement is being amended by this First Amendment increasing the payment from $1,700,000.00 to $2,500,000.00.
Expected Impact:
This Amendment provides HCTRA the ability to continue to provide construction maintenance projects to service the public by addressing roadway and bridge needs.
