Background and Discussion:
The project includes various bridge repairs at six locations withing Harris County Precinct 3 (Jones Road at Cypress Creek, Louetta Road at Theiss Gully, Oak Lane at G103-01-00, Hardy Road South Bound at Cypress Creek Relief, Cypresswood Drive at Cypress Creek, and Tuckerton Road West Bound at Towne Lake Detention).
This change in contracts includes:
• Time and cost of additional repair and scope of work on Louetta Road at Theiss Gully based on field condition (installation of extra flowable fill underneath the abutment cap, concrete spall repair, pedestrian rail repair, erosion repair with cement stabilized sand on embankment underneath bridge and bridge longitudinal joint repair). $233,509.80 - 20 days
Expected Impact:
Change prevent and avoid further damage to the bridge and allows the Contractor to be compensated for proposed changes.

Maintain the original scope of the project and fix the repair later which may cause further damage to the bridge.
