Background and Discussion:

Project includes construction of underground utilities and 4 lane asphalt pavements on Clay Road and 4 lane concrete pavements on Porter Road plus a new signal at the intersection.

 

This final change order is for an addition of the final adjustment in the amount of $39,621.95 and includes quantity adjustments of existing items for final values.

 

Final Adjustment is the reconciliation of actual quantities used in construction against the bid quantities.

Added Items:

                     PCO # 19: Pedestrian Signal Pole, $3,660.00

                     PCO # 20: Time additions

                     PCO # 21: Final Quantity Adjustments, $35,961.95

 

Expected Impact: 

Final adjustments are necessary to pay the contractor for the work performed on the project.  This project improves traffic flow in the area.
