Background and Discussion:
Electronic Transaction Consultants Corporation (ETC) will continue to provide maintenance and support services for the Toll Collection System - Back Office Solution for the Harris County Toll Road Authority (HCTRA) for the renewal period of September 1, 2026 through August 31, 2027, including execution of applicable bonds when received under Contract 10/0116.
Approval of the renewal will ensure continued maintenance, operational support, and uninterrupted functionality of HCTRA's proprietary toll collection back-office system.
Expected Impact:
Approval of this request will renew maintenance and support services for the Toll Collection System - Back Office Solution through August 31, 2027 ensures uninterrupted support, maintenance, and continued operation of HCTRA's toll collection system, which generates the Authority's primary source of revenue.
