Funds were previously accepted for Concrete Services and TLA Claims Processing in the amount of $192,644. This item adds budget for Kinship Placement Assistance for $283,347 and Kinship Verification Reimbursement for $18,949. Harris County Resources for Children and Adults will process checks/debit cards for concrete goods/services needs for Children and families involved in the Department of Family and Protective Services program: Supplies, rent, Fees for Services, Kinship expenses, Transitional Living Allowances for youth aging-out of foster care program; Aging-out seminars and teen conferences for foster care youth.
