Background and Discussion:
Additional Professional Engineering Services needed (design, engineering, and other pre-construction activities) to move forward with additional park features to include a boat ramp, parking lots, access roads, prefabricated restrooms with six stalls each, a playground, hike and bike trails throughout the park, detention ponds, a pedestrian bridge over a wetland pond, and a fishing pier as requested by Precinct 3.

To help maintain the current project schedule and to allow for design phase to proceed.
Alternative Options:
If this request with Quiddity Engineering, LLC is not approved, the project will not be able to proceed with required additional design work and impact improvements to the park.
