Background and Discussion:
The Harris County Sheriff’s Office Auto Theft has three items: one dune buggy, one tractor and one lawn mower that were purchased on the Motor Vehicle Crime Prevention Authority (MVCPA) grant. These items are at the end of their life cycle and are no longer being utilized for Auto Theft purposes.
