Background and Discussion:
The County executed an agreement for Professional Engineering Services with Entech Civil Engineers, Inc. in 2015 and now seeks to amend the agreement for the ninth time. This amendment includes design services to facilitate the updates to all geotechnical investigations and environmental investigations. Additionally, the amendment includes optional additional archeology pedestrian survey services.
Expected Impact:
This amendment will allow the firm to reevaluate the geotechnical investigations and environmental investigations previously completed for the project.
Alternative Options:
If the amendment is not executed, the current geotechnical investigations and environmental investigations would remain as is and not address the future needs of the project.
