Background and Discussion:
The Project consists of the design and construction of roadway improvements along SH 99 underpass at Hufsmith Kohrville Road. Roadway improvements include extending the existing two-lane road to four lanes, drainage improvements, concrete pavement widening, sidewalk installation, pavement markings, signage and restriping in Tomball, Tomball, Precinct 3.
Expected Impact:
The approval of this Local On-System Agreement will allow for the County to construct the improvements of the project.
Alternative Options:
Not approving this Local On-System Agreement, which will prohibit construction of the project improvements. Not being able to construct the improvements will result in maintaining the current traffic operations and pedestrian accessibility conditions of the intersection.
