Houston Community Works Cares (HCW Cares) is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting veterans and underserved families. HCW Cares seeks to host a 90’s R&B concert to raise funds to provide donation support to Star of Hope, the United Way, the Houston Veteran Council, and the Steve Francis Foundation. The concert will be held at Tom Bass Regional Park I on Saturday, May 25, 2024, from 7:00pm to 10:00pm.
