Precinct 4 will be establishing a new administrative headquarters at 3131 Eastside Street, centrally located within Harris County and Precinct 4 boundaries. This additional administrative office facility will provide an optimal space for Precinct 4 to deliver services effectively and efficiently to its constituents while maintaining a central presence within the county. The location’s strategic position-covering an area not served by an existing Precinct 4 facility-will enhance accessibility and improve coordination among departments, ensuring improved customer service to the public.
