Background and Discussion: HCD request approval for one (1) grant accountant position that will support the Legal Services Program which includes 6 projects and 20 suppliers:
• Eviction Defense
• Immigration & Naturalization
• Immigrant Resource Hotline
• Immigrant Resource Coordination
• Immigration Legal Services
• Survivor Services in Immigration Law
Expected Impact:
HCD requires 1 accountant position that will provide needed financial and accounting support to the legal services program. The funding will be transferred from the available ARPA Legal program budget due to one vendor not spending all its awarded funding.
