Background and Discussion:
The Special Enforcement Bureau have one 5-ton BMY tractor truck that is no longer operational and locating parts for repairs is finding to be difficult. The tractor truck was obtained through the LESO government surplus program but is not a controlled item and does not need to be returned to LESO. If approved, the tractor truck will be sent to auction.
