Background and Discussion:
The original Lease Agreement is dated September 13, 2022, and has been assigned, modified, supplemented or amended only in the following respects: First Amendment dated December 11, 2023, and Second Amendment dated November 1, 2024.
This lender request was triggered by the backfill of the Markers Group space that HCTRA previously subleased. Markers Group was considered a master lease under the building owner’s loan document and estoppels are required for all backfill tenants. This document is Exhibit F to the Lease Agreement executed September 13, 2022.
