Background and Discussion:

The Harris County Toll Road has a Custodial Account Agreement with Amegy Bank.  Upon review of the opening documents, Amegy found the attached document that they had not provided the County for execution.  This document governs the general terms of the deposit account Amegy is providing as part of their services.
