Background and Discussion:
This project involves reconstructing Cypress Place Drive into a standard residential asphalt roadway, with a width of 20 to 22 feet.
This change in contract includes:
Ø Sawcut and Demolition Modified Inlet $1,500.00
Ø Install Type A Modified Inlet $6,500.00
Ø The final adjustment (reconciliation of actual quantities used in construction against the bid quantities). (-$44,695.05).
