Background and Discussion:

The Senior Director, Strategic Initiatives is a senior leadership role within the Office of Commissioner Ellis (OCRE). This position reports directly to the Deputy Chief of Staff (DCOS) and serves as a central driver of strategic initiatives and organizational execution across OCRE’s priorities, while advancing cross-divisional alignment throughout the office.

Expected Impact:

This role is both strategic and deeply executional, responsible for translating organizational vision into high-impact initiatives that deliver measurable outcomes. The Senior Director serves as the bridge between strategy and execution-overseeing initiative development, implementation infrastructure, and cross-functional coordination across Policy, Communications, and Community Affairs.
