Background and Discussion:

One of Precinct One’s strategic goals is to build a high-performance organization. In furtherance of that goal, the Precinct proposes to collaborate with The Management Action Center (TMAC) to provide training and coaching to Precinct staff who have demonstrated their current and potential leadership abilities. The training and coaching will be based on the proprietary materials and methodology of TMAC.

Expected Impact:

The training and coaching provided by TMAC will enhance the professionalism, effectiveness, and leadership competencies of key Precinct One personnel.

Alternative Options:

TMAC’s materials and methodology are proprietary. Precinct One can only access them through this agreement.
