Background and Discussion:
The hike & bike trail project will serve to provide improvements to the constituents residing in HCMUD no. 167. The project will include Sidewalks along Bear Creek between Greenhouse Road and Fry Road.
Expected Impact:
The proposed improvements will increase walkability, public safety and provide recreational benefits to residents.
Alternative Options:
Court may elect to not move forward, and Harris County can explore additional options, however this will cause project delays.
