Background and Discussion:

The Golf Villas of Atascocita subdivision has experienced flooding during multiple storm events. The MUD has performed studies that outline the issues contributing to the drainage deficiencies within the subdivision.

Expected Impact:

To not partner with MUD 132 and continue to have high flood risk.

Alternative Options:

The County could elect to approve the requested task or choose to reject it. However, if not approved, the project will not be able to complete the scope of work.
