Background and Discussion:

Project includes new sidewalks along Ella Boulevard from North of Richey Road to FM 1960, access management, rebuild Ella Boulevard traffic signals at Southridge and at North Forest, new traffic signal at Butterfield Road, and new bus stop landings.

 

This change in contract includes:

                     PCO-1, Additional ramps to tie in existing sidewalk, various locations adding $3,500 with 10 days.

                     PCO-2, The addition of 2 traffic signal at Butter Field adding $22,457 with 30 days.

                     PCO-3, The relocation of a conflicting existing force main along the Right-of-Way adding $51,172.24 with 45days.

 

 

Expected Impact:

Changes will allow for the project to be constructed per the plans.
