Background and Discussion:
To amend the Agreement (Amendment 2) to reduce the funding from $208,152,174.00 to $203,832,154 in 2017 CDBG-MIT funds. The $4,320,000 reduction in 2017 CDBG-MIT funds will be allocated to the Harris County Flood Control District (HCFCD) for a direct allocation between the GLO and HCFCD. The Project Budget and Performance Statements were revised throughout programs.
Expected Impact:
To increase resilience to disasters and reduce the long-term risk of life, injury, damage to and loss of property, and suffering and hardship, by lessening the impact of future disasters.
