Background and Discussion:
The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) program to provide uninterrupted services to current and former foster youth and youth formerly in foster care, but still in need of assistance.
Expected Impact:
Current and former foster youth enrolled in the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) program through the HAY Center will receive a comprehensive array of services that will support the healthy development of transitioning foster youth, with the final goal of obtaining employment.
