Background and Discussion:

The County and Houston Parks Board LGC, Inc. seek to partner on the design of a shared-use path connecting White Oak Bayou Greenway to US 290, with HPBLGC providing engineering, permitting, and PS&E services and the County reviewing and approving the design.

Expected Impact:

The project will enhance regional mobility and trail connectivity by delivering a new shared-use path segment that extends the Spring Branch Trail network and improves access between major greenway corridors.

Alternative Options:

Not proceeding with the proposed project. This would result in the existing drainage conditions remaining as is.
