Background and Discussion:

E-Builder by Trimble Corporation is a Software as a Service (SaaS) construction Program Management Information Solution (PMIS) utilized to track the County Engineering portfolio of projects mainly comprised of Commissioner Precinct and County Capital Projects.  Multiple automated processes and workflows have been designed and implemented enabling staff, clients, consultants, and contractors to perform their respective actions in a single application with the ability to produce high visibility through an array of reporting options.

As indicated below, Commissioners Court has previously approved multiple actions that include an initial agreement based on a Request for Proposal led and supported by the Purchasing Agent.

Expected Impact:
E-Builder will continue to be the primary tool utilized by multiple County departments and external partners to track scope, schedule, and budget with rescoping work in progress of People Soft integration project led by Universal Services.  The integration will enable real time financial visibility and reporting capabilities.
