Background and Discussion:
Contractor alleges that on or about November 1, 2022 through June 11, 2026, Contractor provided professional architectural and engineering services for the design restoration and mitigation efforts for County Buildings. The contractor has provided invoices alleging professional services provided to the County and losses incurred. This settlement agreement request is to fund these invoices.
