This event being hosted by the Houston Luanda Sister City Association (a nonpartisan 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with established relationship and formal agreement with the City of Houston) and will be part of the Angola Independence Day celebrations, as supported and endorsed by the Consul General of Angola in Houston.
This event’s main purpose is to bring people together for the celebration of Angola Independence Day. Attendees will include the members of the HLSCA association, members of the Angolan Community in Texas (and other states within the US), and members of other African communities.
