Background and Discussion:
This amendment includes a variety of changes to the study and the design including adjustments to the alignment as well as additional detention pond survey, map preparation, design, geotechnical, and environmental work that will be required.
Expected Impact:
This amendment will allow the project alignment as well as the detention pond to be optimized to better fit the conditions. The amendment will also allow all the acquisition maps to be prepared as well as an updated topo survey to fit the recently changed site conditions.
Alternative Options:
An alternative would be to not optimize the alignment or conduct the work to allow the topo surveying and the acquisition maps survey to be conducted and not completing the design and construction of the project.
