Background and Discussion: The County engaged Amani Engineering, Inc. to study and design the project in 2018, and now seeks Amani Engineering, Inc. to assist and advise the County during project construction. Amani Engineering, Inc. was requested to revise the plans by adding school flashers, sidewalk, ramps, and intersection crossing per traffic study provided by Harris County to Amani Engineering, Inc. This change in contract compensates consultant firm for change in drawings.
Expected Impact: The project will address current and future traffic volumes, reduce delays, and provide safe mobility for residents, pedestrians, and drivers.
