Background and Discussion:
This item was submitted to Commissioners Court on October 8, 2024. However, we have learned that the year of the vehicle was incorrect. Thus, we are submitting this as a correction to the previous item submitted.
This vehicle will be used by the employee providing the vehicle for the purpose of conducting law enforcement operations and will be returned to the employee upon separation from the department or when it has outlived its usefulness or has been damaged beyond repair.
