Request for approval to update the funding source of four (4) positions effective November 1, 2025, to support Public Health Services.

Background and Discussion:
Request to update the funding source of two (2) positions from the General Fund to Charity Care and two (2) positions from Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP) to the General Fund. These changes will allow our agency to continue meeting strategic public health goals and our public health mission through various communication initiatives.

Updating these positions’ funding source is vital to a public health agency because clear, consistent, and strategic communication directly supports the agency’s mission to protect health, prevent disease, and promote well-being.
