Background and Discussion:
The roadway project includes upgrading the existing two lane asphalt roadway to a four lane concrete curb and gutter boulevard within a 100 foot median. The interlocal agreement documents maintenance agreement of Hufsmith Kohrville Road within the TXDOT Grand Parkway right of way limits.
Expected Impact:
The outcome of the interlocal agreement will allow both Harris County and TXDOT to identify the maintenance terms for both parties during construction.

An alternative to not enter into the interlocal agreement which would not allow the road expansion project to move forward.
