Background and Discussion:
The project consists of installing a water distribution system to serve Berwyn Drive. in Precinct 2 of Harris County. The water distribution system includes the installation of waterline along Berwyn Drive, water service connections to existing residences and the decommissioning of existing wells. Over all 33 Connection Expected is completed. This change in contract includes:
PCO#2 - Final Quantity adjustment - $-241,293.11
Expected Impact:
This action allows for the completion of the project as designed and per the contract documents, the Contractor to be compensated for the actual work performed and return the unused fund to Harris County.
