Background and Discussion:

On March 8, 2022, Harris County Commissioners Court approved the PY22 Annual Plan for Entitlement funds, which included a global project that is supported by the above referenced Infrastructure Investments project activities to construct a total of 4,900 feet of sidewalk safety improvements. This project is located in Precinct 3.

Expected Impact:

To provide funding for infrastructure investments project activities that meet the needs of low-and moderate-income residents in Harris County. The anticipated fiscal impact to the County of the agreement is $330,932.00 in CDBG-EN funds. This project will benefit 2,170 persons of which 51% who are low to moderate-income persons with sidewalk improvements.
