Background and Discussion:
The design of Bane Park renovation improvements that shall include but not limited to: The 18.2-acre facility includes restroom facility, access to viewing stands at two lighted ball fields, drainage for a five-acre wheelchair-accessible fishing lake.
Expected Impact:
To allow Precinct 1 to be able to improve the park to provide benefits to the community surrounding Bane Park.
Alternative Options:
Attempt to maintain the facility as-is; however, this will result in significant repair and maintenance costs of the degrading and inefficient building and facilities.
