Background and Discussion:
In conjunction with BBP, construct roads and trail connections to provide Hildago park trailhead parking under Lockwood overpass.
Expected Impact:
This agreement will allow the firm to conduct field and laboratory testing on soil, concrete, asphalt and various other construction materials to ensure the material’s compliance with Harris County Engineering Department’s adopted standards and specifications as required by state law.
