Background and Discussion:

The study includes two phases.  Phase 1 is to develop a structured methodology to evaluate bikeway delineation options.  Phase 2 is to apply the findings in Phase 1 to Scott Street through preliminary (15%) design to demonstrate feasibility.

Expected Impact:

Develop a catalog of bikeway delineation options. Establish a decision framework that aligns delineation strategies with corridor planning horizons and anticipated traffic growth.  Create reusable design standards for selected delineation options.
