Background and Discussion:
Harris County Human Resources and Talent (HR&T) is responsible for providing employees with accurate, timely, and comprehensive information regarding their benefits and wellness resources. To support these efforts, HR&T requires a reliable vendor to provide print and mail services for various employee communications, including but not limited to benefits enrollment packets, wellness program materials, legal notices, and informational brochures. The proposed term contract will begin on July 10, 2025 - July 9, 2026.
