Background and Discussion:

Harris County Human Resources and Talent (HR&T) is responsible for providing employees with accurate, timely, and comprehensive information regarding their benefits and wellness resources. To support these efforts, HR&T requires a reliable vendor to provide print and mail services for various employee communications, including but not limited to benefits enrollment packets, wellness program materials, legal notices, and informational brochures. The proposed term contract will begin on July 10, 2025 - July 9, 2026.

This service will support Harris County Human Resources and Talent in effectively communicating critical benefits and wellness information to employees in a timely, consistent, and accessible manner.
