Background and Discussion:

This Agreement will allow AIG to provide hydrologic and hydraulic (H&H) support for Engineering Division projects and to be assigned H&H analyses to support urgent requests made of the Planning Division by other departments for Z100-00-00-P001 (H&H On-Call Services).

Expected Impact:

This on-call contract will help support the Flood Control District to conduct H&H work that our in-house reviewers may not be proficient with or have the capacity to do. Furthermore, this support will help reduce review time and expedite schedules.

Alternative Options:

The alternative to approving this item would be to rely only on H&H support with limited in-house staff,  which would result in schedule delays for multiple projects that would otherwise be served by this agreement.
