Background and Discussion:
Current AHU at Annex 44, Anderson-Clayton Building, is at the end of its service life and in state of failure. Replacement was necessary.

Replacement of AHUs will allow the facility to be continuing to operate in an effective manner to service both
employees and Harris County constituents.
